Consists of 2 nos S.S Syringe pumps, 2 nos S.S. needle, 4 nos S.S gassing needles for pre and post gassing, S.S racks, S.S racks, S.S feeding hopper, filled and sealed ampoules are collected automatically on loading trays in erect position. Pre heating of ampoules before sealing is provided. The machine body is covered with stainless steel.

The machine is equipped with Single track, Single head filling with S.S Pump and with Sealing unit. Required volume can be adjusted Volume adjustable Stud. There is 1 Mechanical sensor provided at filling station for no ampoule no filling system. Empty Ampoule which will be feed from in feed Hopper and Star wheel are continuously Drop on the rack towards the filling station. After filling the Ampoules passes to the Sealing Station. There is 2 gas burners at sealing station. 1 Station for pre heation & 1 station for final sealing. You can adjust the gas flame through gas torch. Pre Nitrogen flushing is provided before filling unit and Post Nitrogen Flushing is provided after filling . Time duration is provided in order to see that nitrogen is flushed at the right time (i.e. when the filled Ampoule comes under the flushing unit before the sealing station). This machine is fully Automatic machine. Special care has been taken in wiring of the machine. This machine is designed keeping in mind of the customers requirement.
