Product Description
Model ASL "300 is a automatic Self Adhesive labelling machine suitable for ampoules.
Standard reel size of 300 mm of the label to be fix as the direction of label and support paer will have to wind till the winding stud.
The containers received from feed worm to star wheel precisely spaced and reach at the label wrap around point at the similar distance.
While entering at the labelling point, the container sensor (Bottle sensor )will start with servo motor ( for label start ) and pressing belt will press the label smoothly between pad and belt.
Label sensor photocell detects the space between two labels and Breck them untill the next container. Between these operation the pneumetic printing attchment will print when the label stops.
Please keep the label out at lease 5to 8mm out side from the label release point to fix the start point on the container ( BY the setting of the slot sensor ).
